Technical Project Manager – Contact Center

Location: HONG KONG
Employment Type: Full-time, 1-year renewable Contract

Role Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager with a strong foundation in cloud technologies, and enterprise application delivery. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Contact Center platforms, managing the end-to-end lifecycle of technical projects from planning through deployment and support, while driving Agile and DevOps best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-functional projects involving cloud-based Contact Center solutions.
  • Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating requirements into actionable technical plans.
  • Oversee the integration of third-party applications into enterprise ecosystems, ensuring alignment with architectural and security standards.
  • Manage cloud infrastructure dependencies, especially around network configurations and deployment architectures.
  • Coordinate with DevOps, QA, and Development teams to ensure smooth CI/CD pipeline operations and effective release management.
  • Own and deliver project documentation, delivery roadmaps, risk logs, and communication plans using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Clarity.
  • Provide leadership across the full delivery lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and post-release support.
  • Engage in capacity planning, budget forecasting, and vendor coordination as required.
  • Lead and facilitate project ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) following Agile/SAFe practices.
  • Prepare and present status updates and project health reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 8–10+ years of experience managing technical projects, ideally in Contact Center, cloud, or enterprise application environments.
  • Strong foundation in DevOps practices, including exposure to CI/CD tools and pipelines.
  • Experience managing cost-effective solutions across multiple agile development teams.
  • Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and infrastructure/networking concepts.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deliver them on-time, within scope and budget.
  • Proficient with project delivery tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Clarity, MS Project, or similar platforms.
  • Experienced in stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and escalation handling.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies.
